The three kinds of inquiries chiefly used by credit operators in the leasing sector are the following:

2.Information for legal purposes

Assessment of the financial and economic situation of a subject involved in a litigation, to be used in recovering credits through out-of-court settlement or by taking legal steps.

Natural person

3.Inquiries and searches for the recovery of instrumental goods

The inquiries are carried out by both employees of the detective agency and external experts, so that the instrumental goods part of the leasing agreement are possibly found and recovered.
The costs of the inquiries greatly depend on the difficulties characterizing each task.
Investigative findings are usable as evidence for a possible judicial attachment by the competent authorities, with a final recovery of the instrumental goods.
The aforementioned inquiries can be integrated with the ones described at pp. 1 and 2 of the present.
