The detective agency "P & P INVESTIGAZIONI S.r.l.", has its offices in TRICASE (LE), Via Luigi Galvani 16. By virtue of licence “ex art. 134 of the IV Title of the Consolidated Public Act, R.D. n. 773 of the 18th of June 1931”, issued by the Prefecture of Lecce, to carry out investigation and inquiries for private citizens and, in the penal sphere, to carry out investigation, in conformity with art. 38 and 222 of the Legislative Decree n. 271 of the 28th of July and art. 327 b paragraph 3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Law n. 397 of the 7th of December 2000, it is authorized it to make inquiries, together with a lawyer, for bringing evidence to be used for defence in a penal suit.

The 10th of December 2007, on a mandate by Lawyer Angela Aliani of the Law Court of Bari, P&P INVESTIGAZIONI SRL accepted to carry out investigation and bring evidence in defence of the accused person Filippo Pappalardi, after sensing that his prosecutors had made a terrible mistake in considering him as the torturer and killer of his two little sons, Francesco and Salvatore.
The two boys were killed in a terrible accident, and their father would have ended up even worse if he hadn’t been helped by his family, some close friends and his jail mates.
